    This multifunction exercise bar can be quickly installed into a doorway but can also be used on the floor for a variety of targeted training exercises. It is super versatile, easy to use and lightweight for easy transportation. The bar comes complete with installation instructions as well as a basic exercise guide for all levels of users.


    • Constructed from durable and strong steel allowing a max user weight of 220lbs (100kg). The grips and handles are ergonomically designed and feature hard wearing foam making them comfortable and secure to use.

    • Compatible with a door frame size of 15-20cm thickness and 45-80cm width.

    • Can be used as a standalone piece of equipment to do press ups and dips by simply placing it on the floor.
